Rally car. They have to be road legal per the rules, can whip ass in the snow without loosing any speed or controllability. And come on, they can drive on any terrain.

Let me set up a scenario. Phone Cop: "Police HQ." Lady #1: "Yes sir, someone just took my purse!" Phone Cop: "Sorry ma'am, you are going to have to come downtown a file a report," *laughs in the background* "make sure you use the front entrance."

I just took Mr. 2 on the stretch of 71 between Cooke Rd and Morse Rd. for a couple laps. My already running rich car + really cold dense air = the car revving faster than it ever has before, and going faster than it ever has before.

Unrealistically: Subaru WRX WRC Car or Mitsu Evo WRC Car, that would destroy anything behind or in front of it, and you have the area where the backseat used to be for supplies or...god forbid...children. Trunk too. Realistically: Some sort of Turbo Diesel 4x4 that could be easily tuned for more power, and has lots of ground clearance.

What he said. In the US it comes with an ECOTEC.

STi has a really smooth ride, so I think that would be the choice for a car that is going to be daily driven. I rode with a guy in one at the Autocross Fun Event, and it felt like the car had no body roll at all, and that I was the only weight shifting in the turns. If you are going for moddability however, I think the Evo is the choice.
