im tyrin to consume under 1700 calories a day. and i gotta eat atleast 6 times a day, protein shakes will be ideal for me. since im at work most of the day. so far, on the diet im on i lost 15lbs in 2 weeks. went from 185 to 170. im looking to get to 150. and stay around that area. i want to lean out and just get really cut. im not about building mass as much as i want symetry

id be mixing it with water, less calories the better. im tryin to shock my metabolism, and burn alot of fat. get real lean really quick

Armed with a skeleton key that unlocks every door, she discovers a hidden attic room that holds a deadly and terrifying secret. this movie is all about voodo. pretty interesting. its not very scary for a scary movie, but this movie has a good twist. and will get you thinking. sometimes it kinda drags out, but its bearable. i give it 3 stars ON DVD Crash - A Brentwood housewife and her DA husband. A Persian storeowner. Two police detectives, who are also lovers. A black television director and his wife. A Mexican locksmith. Two car-jackers. A rookie cop. A middle-aged Korean couple. They all live in Los Angeles. And, in the next 36 hours, they will all collide.pretty much this film is all about racism. i loved this film,directed great, actually makes you think about alot of things in society. and has a great cast. featureing ryan phillipe, Sandra Bullock, Don Cheadle, Matt Dillon, Jennifer Esposito, William Fichtner, and a ton more famous faces. its a drama, and well worth the rent. i give it 5 stars

the rear wheel should spin in gear wiht the clutch pulled, but will not spin as free as if in neutral.

well you can look to spend any where from 800 - 1200 for the motor and tranny together. yes the motors like spray, but make sure you get a 86 - 90 motor. the bottom end in those years are forged, and will take tons of spray. i sprayed my 88 wiht a 175 shot bone stock motor. it made 391rwhp and 532rwtq. major thing you need to take care of is getting a clutch that wil hold. so if your looking to make those kind of numbers, get a spec stage 3, ask fowler he can vouch for it. all your accesorries windows and what not should be fine. for a tach, speedo, and what not im not sure. id say get some autometers and run those. simply and easy. get your oil, water, volt, tach, and speedo from autometer, wire them up and have fun. you may be able to rewire for the stock gauges to work, but i dont know.

302 out of a foxbody stang. carburated then you dontahve to deal wiht computer and wiring harness.. look for around 220 rwhp and 300rwtq. dont know what tranny youd need. the rear end in that car should be sufficient for the power youll make, so no need to replace it.
