  2. its a rotary, a apex seal will go out before you have to change the oil. good looking fuel line setup.
  3. drift racing has racing in its title, so by your theory its racing.
  4. define racing? I have never been to a drag strip and never will. So if your definition of racing is a drag strip then nope I don't have a race car. My car does see track time at least once or twice a month so that must mean it a race car.
  5. stay very far away from Teins, I had a set of flex on my Miata and they blew out in just over a year. the car was a weekend car / monthy track whore as well.
  6. I bet this guys magnum is DONK.
  7. AWESOME THREAD IS AWESOME.
  8. Utility associate: Rocket....
  9. from what ive been reading do not put any foam or metal scrubbers inside the catch can. the foam over time will break down and get sucked in along with the metal scrubber is can get sucked into the car. Get a proper catch can that has been baffled. using metal screen or something thats held into place and wont deteriorate.
  10. these look amazing on mazda3's. they are 18x8 +50 IIRC 5x114.3 as well.
  11. Steve the one i was going to do is just run the 2 out of my valve covers to a catch can with a filter on it. I wasnt planning on running another line to my intake. http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter%2009/DSC_0574.jpg the -10an is there by the wiring harness on the valve cover and one on the other side. mine will be ran like this one http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c216/homiehookup2/cars/Picture085b.jpg steve, if you want to run a AN line to the intake your catch can needs 3 an fittings. 2 for the valve cover and 1 for the intake.
  12. Did a bit of work on the car last night since I was bored. Fuel feed line is finished, Fuel return is finished, AFPR mounted, DLI mounted and wiring ran just needs soldered, remote oil filter mount is mounted, oil cooler mounted, oil lines all ran and im sure there was more. heres some quick pictures with the iphone, ill get better ones later. http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter%2009/3e0b82a5.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter%2009/4d8a6351.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter%2009/58daea12.jpg Oh also im going to get a billet tensioner bracket made for my car, Titan wants $350 for theirs but i can get it made for half the cost still using 4040 billet steel.
  13. so i got some more parts finally and i also got tired of the car leaking power steering(ATF fluid) all over the damn place so I finished up the whole system along with the cooler in place. All in all i think it turned out pretty nice but it was more expensive than i was wanting it to be but oh well. Also my Mishimoto radiator came in and I gotta deal with that now because its a little shorter than I expected it to be and it doesn't sit properly in the stock holders. bottom its fine but its too short for the top ones. On top of all that my radiator upper pipe is now too long and i guess ill need to cut that down a tad but no big deal. Also my HKS DLI type 2 came in so looks like im going to be wiring that in soon. On top of that, fenders, bumper and all the body parts are on the car minus the hood. http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter%2009/DSC_0575.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter%2009/DSC_0576.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter%2009/DSC_0579.jpg

  15. this pretty much sums it up. subarus hold their value really well.
  16. I just went to NAPA and got 3m adhesive remover in a can and it works well.
