  2. Listing this up for a good friend of mine....

Up for sale is a 1987 Ford Mustang GT. It is a 5 speed manual transmission. It has been garage kept and is in very very very good condition. I won't say excellent because i am a picky person, but anymore finding a mustang in the foxbody that has NOT been touched, is rare. The only two things i have done to this car is i put a aftermarket H pipe on it with flowmasters, and a pro 5.0 short throw shifter. Every car i have owned has a short throw shifter in it so this modification was done just to suit my driving. Since i have owned it i have put less than 600 miles on it. it sits in the garage. Other than those two modifications, it is a bone stock, fully functional GT. Everything works on it. It has power windows. I am not a teenager or in my 20's, and the person who it was purchased from owned it for more than 20+years so it has been very well taken care of. I put the vinyl stripes on just to change the look of it, and they are removable if the buyer does not want them on. A hair dryer and 15 minutes and they can be off. There is nothing more i can really say unless you just come and look at it to appreciate what your looking at. I have more pictures on my phone i can send just ask.

    1987 Mustang GT

    5 speed.

    138K actual / original miles.

    original motor with no modifications.

    original wheels.

Call and or text and i can answer any and all your questions. NADA still lists this vehicle 6K + for just an average condition. 8K plus for a very good condition.

I'm selling it at 5500 so your making out for the vehicles history and condition. I will not do joy rides. Its a stock mustang GT. its not a race car, it does not do wheelies, it does not lope when it idles. Bone stock 5.0 HO.

  4. Wow, thats high praise. Does it pull hard. Like, does it feel fast? or is it aimed more to be luxurious than sporty?

I think it pulls pretty hard. Stock.. they are a little soft... still quick... just spongy.

I've firmed mine up and opened up the exhaust.

It's got the STi 2.5L flat4... different turbo. I'm running a Perrin top mount I/C, an AVO wastegate actuator, catless up, catted Cobb down, and a tune ...

  5. finally someone +1'ed the Legacy. How do you like yours? Positives and negatives?

Love it... best car I've ever owned. Can't say I've got a negative... besides the stock clutch which I am changing very soon.

  6. that car actually looks pretty damn good

Or you can go up a level .... ;)

  7. I don't have the flywheel yet... as I just got this one from a guy in IL for a flywheel/clutch swap in my '05 LGT. I'm ditching the dual mass setup in favor of a solid flywheel kit.

I have a brand new ACT clutch, pressure plate, TO bearing, and pilot bearing... and wanted to run an OEM single mass flywheel. It appears that it is a stepped design.

    Would you agree?
