Considering selling the S4 and want to pick something up that won't suck to drive daily. I'm looking at a couple Cherokees on CL but wanted to hear some ideas before I pull the trigger on one. Would prefer AWD or 4x4 Would consider a wagon High mileage OK considering the price point Gas mileage important I would like to stay away from VAG cars unless someone can give me solid reasons to look at a specific car

I should have mentioned that I ride MTB regularly (have raced) and have been to most of the MTB trails in Ohio. Looking for hiking specific trails.

With the awesome weather forecast for the weekend I want to try and get out with the Fiancée and do a little hiking. We've done Old Man's Cave (paved - boo), Highbanks, Alum.. Looking for something a little off the beaten path under 10 miles within a 2 hour drive.

Checked out Gimp, seems great except what I need right now are presets I think.

So school me on editing basics and available software. I should have a free version of Lightroom headed my way, but in the meantime I want to see what else is out there. Anything worthwhile for free?

My experience with Midwest is limited thus far. I basically went in there to have them help me make my final decision only to find out the Canon was out of stock. Based on my short conversation I will say they are 100x more knowledgeable than the people I talked with at Best Buy. I suspect that their support and customer service will shine when I need any help.

Also, what are the best sites for image hosting? Found out last night that the SD slot on my laptop does not work and will need to upload to out Macbook pro, upload to hosting site and then download on my laptop for images I want to edit/post/share.

Let me rephrase this - what are some good forums where I can learn about the basics and also about more advanced subjects down the road?
