How to Dress for an Automotive Industry Interview?
Jelloman4571647545499 replied to acklac7's topic in Dumpster
As a guy who has hired for the Automotive Industry for dealerships, manufacturers, corporate and private collision centers I will give you some advice. Don't overthink it. Khakis or dress pants and a nice button up are fine. Heck, if you want to impress, walk in with a suit jacket. Don't forget the simple shit like showering and shaving which is unfortunate I have to mention that these days. I've hired the nicely dressed that failed me and the poorly dressed that amazed me. Good luck and don't nervously talk or get to animated. -

Amazing job, Alex. -
Looks good. Do you need wheels and tires dismounted or can you do them?
-
Better question is when are you taking orders? Time for some car parts and targets.
-
That's awesome. What's the thickest gauge that you can cut?
-
PM'd, thanks.
-
If you can PM their information I would appreciate it.
-
Thank you. I'll give them a call Monday.

Looking for reputable people or companies that do egress window installs. Looking to have at least one, if not two installed in my house in Westerville. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I love it. I have always loved the slant nose.

Awesome write up, Ryan. Keep it up.

Build it with a factory A2 front sight like Joe states and a good rear sight and you wont go wrong. All my builds have LMT, Rock River or Spikes lower parts kit and I have never had a single issue with any of them. I also run aftermarket triggers in all my rifles which are Geissele and ALG. All my rifles are meant to be beat and have never failed. Its fun for me to build, use and shoot a creation more so then slapping an built upper and built lower together. It also allows you to troubleshoot errors if or when you have one.

There are only a few shops I would trust since I have seen almost all of the reputable shops in Franklin County. There is also extremely good private combo guys that do things on their own but they will take a while to get it completed since they have a full time job. You obviously want quality so I would only recommend a few people since I have know of the painters and the quality they produce. Is time a factor?

Columbus Car Audio is all you need. Good deals, quick turn around time, and friendly staff. Sent multiple cars to them a month and have never been disappointed. Also sent them my 94 FD to do 6 months ago for them to rewire all the speakers and new head unit. They took out the old crap, fixed a lot and rewired for a decent price.

Let me know if you want to take a look at it. I have it listed on Armslist as well so I would love to take it off there so I stop getting goofy ass trade requests.
-
Ill take it, Kyle. I need another red dot for another 9mm AR build.
