Fc's cost less than fd's If you do the work yourself there are 100's literally on v8rx7 forums that people do ls1 swaps themselves for that amount or even cheaper. Free labor is worth more than 80+bucks an hour.

If he is giving this car away for a G it will be about the 5k range if you can manage most of the work yourself. Motor and trans is gonna cost the most out of it all. There are some pretty cheap sub frame kits out there also. If your looking for a project id say this car is a good place to start, you can always add on more power. Plus the power to weight is awsome! Its pretty simple you can but a harness already put together almost Hell its a turbo 2 already, good rear end its got a 5 lug for mustang wheels already. Body seems mint. They go for way more than this almost anywhere. This would be rad car with a LS1 Auto trans w/slicks
