I never saw what industry you're in but I go to trainings once a month. I am in the Industrial market so my business casual is slacks, polo(golf shirt) and some comfortable leather shoes. I don't go all out but I do take a nice set of clothes incase they treat you to a nice dinner. Ties aren't ness but the people doing the training will probably have suit and ties on.

Yes I am, the racing gig didn't really work out for me so I went back to lowe's. I'm pretty happy with where I am at now.
