He isn't showing less love for his children. He is showing the same you do to your child, only he shows more-than-average respect to an animal, which is the way it should be.

Yay! we're getting somewhere. This is where I think the problem is. Complex discussions like that are being excluded and I think that is part of the problem. People think we're so significant because most will not be exposed to how truly small we are in the observable universe, let alone the whole realm of everything. A lot of problems would cease in this world, I believe, if we taught much more important issues in early education. That said, I do think people are becoming more intelligent and eventually knowledge like this will become common.

There goes most of your two party-dwelling liberal party.

^Proof our education system doesn't work. ...and our media for that matter.

You still don't get it nor did you succeed to expand your mind. I believe in evolution and I believe in some sort of Big Bang because like you said , I've seen the data and it all fits in. However, I still sense that you're stuck in your elitist set out to disprove religion, when yet, I don't even consider this a religious issue. I said earlier, THIS ISN'T ABOUT A GOD OR INTELLIGENT DESIGN, it's about other forms of creation or existence outside of the set of physics and universe you have come to know. This is about string theory, alternate dimensions, universal theories, astronomy and chemical energy. I don't know you, but I thought you to be a rational and intelligent person, but right now you're just flying with the flock of people who are sold on what has been discovered in the past 60 years.(and nothing else)

I don't know why both of you can't coexist. I think both forms of practice work, to some extent at least. It's really up to the patient to choose what they prefer. I will say this, though. I took ADHD medicine for about 6 months and it was the most unnatural and stressful occurrence in my life. Other than that, I've never taken medicine other than a couple of aspirins, and I've never had much worse than a cold every couple of years.

Hadron Collider you mean? Yeah, more Thorneology, I know. The Big Bang is a theory which still doesn't address what lies outside of our universe

I'm talking common religions like Islam and Christianity. I'm also not saying ID should be taught because most people believe that implies something directly drew up the human race and created when I'm really referring to ID in the sense that something HUGE can exist that sparked the universe(s)' beginning.

There are several plans to choose from. There's a meal plan, where the recipes are spelled out for you, there's a quick plan-type thing where you just have to concentrate on calorie intake and cutting out basic crap and it gives you some meal ideas, then there's the one I'm doing, where you just follow the types of food you need to eat and how much of it per day. It lists a ton of better alternatives to current foods you eat. It also shows how many calories you need to do the workouts based on your weight.

Not so. One of the old farts that lives in my neighborhood saw me walking my dog last year he started cussing at me and said if I ever had him off of a leash, he'd sue. At that time, he was wearing a harness with leash and he was completely under control and just being happy. I now walk my dog past his house once a week.

http://forums.teambeachbody.com/groupee/forums/a/frm/f/5082996357 There's the forum for it. It has a ton of people who show progress pics and their diets. If you have questions, let me know.

It seems all of you fucks didn't care to respond to my postings earlier about this subject. You can teach theories of beginnings without even mentioning any religion to date. You don't have to mention "7 days" or anything like that. Quit closing your viewpoints to all but your own. What if a kid asks "Who created the Big Bang Theory?" Do you think the teacher will mention it was a Catholic priest or that all of the early examiners of the theory mentioned how "fixed" and unique it seemed? The best way to put it is this: imagine religions don't exist and you've never heard the names of any so-called Gods. Forget the word God exists. Imagine going to an astronomy/physics/universal theory course and discussing how it's possible that everything in existence is connected through energy or how everything EVER is made up of exactly the same material. All of you are correct in that religion doesn't belong in school. But what I just explained isn't religion. It's the same sort of faith you have to put in science in order to keep exploring. /endopinion Now you may proceed to block out anything you've never heard before and pass it off as bullshit and call me some sort of religious freak though it's completely the contrary. *waits for Thorne to ramble off his uninformed tourette-induced shit.*

This is exactly the way I was going to respond to that. Thanks. There is room for both canines and humans in this world. We have no reason to act elite, that only causes fear and misunderstanding. I think the relationship between an average human and a dog is fucked because people find fear for everything. To Putty: it was obviously a mistake so there's no point badgering like the rest of the cocks in this thread, but I think you should go apologize again, maybe explain it's a harmless pup and offer to show his girls how he was just playing.

I started p90x 2.5 weeks ago. Since you downloaded it, did you get the health guide and the fitness guide? They play major roles in it.

I agree about not sharing religion in school, hence why I didn't say that. String theory, alternate universes, other dimensions; these are all things with some truth to them yet still unknowns but they're still taught/explored. The notion that something created the universe, not necessarily a god or holy figure, is something that flows right with science. You can leave out the bullshit of morals, religious history and everything else and still learn what may lie beyond our universe(something that nobody on this earth absolutely knows) that is beyond our human, biologically-evolved selves can understand. A quick searched youtube finding of what I'm talking about, in total basics: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzMEAkI-yrQ&feature=related For the record, again, I'm not speaking of any God you've heard of or read about. I'm speaking of a theoretical energy that may exist that binds the earth, universe, time and all that exists.

It's seriously one of the most anticipated games of all time. In a nutshell, the game is about evolution and struggling to survive. It begins in cell-stage until you manage to evolve to creature-stage and make it to land. Once you gain some momentum, you move to the real time strategy part of the game and manage your tribe and try to keep evolving, all while forming a civilization. After that, you can develop and design your own technology and spacecrafts for your civilization and than leave your planet to explore other planets. The other galaxies and planets will be populated by creatures/cells/tribes/civs that were created by the other thousands of Spore players. Jones, how did you get it early?

1. You have the can-opener.

This is pretty much right where I am, but I see it more as a conservative-minded stance than popular liberalism. Still, all you democrats can fuck yourselves on economic issues. "Selfless" socialists. First off, I don't follow any part of any religion. I don't claim name to any god. That said, anybody who denies the possibility of some sort of creator of the universe is boxed in to their own human-elite mentality. I'm extremely interested in science, technology and astronomy, and any form of "creation" fits right in with those. Evolution, the universe, cosmic scale: they all go PERFECTLY with numerous ways of being created. It is completely plausible to teach "theories" of creation on a cosmic scale without mixing in earthly religions. Apparently you are unaware that the creator of the Big Bang Theory was a Catholic priest? Do you think they mention that in science class? *sigh* If only I didn't feel the same way.

I've got some ruffies and lube waitin' for ya here.

Mine said "This is weak." Still really amusing, though.
