Jacob, my best was a 41.4. I had really hoped to break into the 40's but the camera mount distracted me and I just ended up taking a passenger on my last lap. The last event which is a fun event is Nov. 5 at Cooper stadium in 2 weeks from today.

That's right, FOREVER!!! The Laser goes up for sale after the last event. This is my 3rd dsm, and though I love the car it's time for something else.

The story was there for a great movie if they followed it, also of course finding decent actors that fit the roles would be nice too. I hope they come out with it honestly.

They set that movie up to fail and it's better I think for the Halo franchise for it to be dropped now than ruining it by releasing a shitty movie that that has 1 goal in mind, make money. The story behind Halo would make for a great movie and as usual greed got in the way.

I'll be selling my Laser after our last autocross in Nov. It's really clean and I bought it off the original owner. He obviously would have to get a turbo engine though, don't know if he'd up for that. But I'll be selling it for $2500!!

I live not far from polaris but my roommate has an S2000 and I have my Laser so I have no way to move it myself.

From what I've seen the 420a seems to be a competent motor that can take some abuse. A car is only as reliable as the the owner makes it, most people's dsm's become unreliable because they believe they can build them to 500hp for $500 and drive it all day and abuse them. Everyone seems to think you can build race cars out of them for uber cheap and it's just not the case. I've had 3 dsm's so far and all have been good cars to me and all have been moderately modified.
