The block in the picture is all together minus oil pan, timing components, water pump and a few other parts.
comes with very clean heads, a second set of heads, a spare crank, wiring harness distributor, spare set of mains, spare rods, spare pistons, boxes and boxes of spare parts.Would take me hours to list all individual parts.

Use for a project or it would make a bad ass table, and you would still make money selling or scraping the rest. I just need the floor space back.

I asked him, he says as of now we are pretty backed with big orders so we wouldn't be able to give you an honest time frame on when it would be completed or when we could even get to it, sorry.
I can also ask someone at cif for you if they actually got your request. They get backed up a lot with woodworking stuff. I also work Todd Perkins motorsports, one of the bigger shops in the idea foundry.
-
Nope,we out grew that shop. We are in a much bigger place in hillard. I can pm you the address if you want.
-
Interesting. I'd like to see how this works out. I have a USP 9mm I love, but converting it to a match would be great.
You might talk with Eric Grimes. He runs a small machine shop on the west side. Last time I talked with him he had moved on from automotive machining to firearms. The last number I had for him was 248.459.9827
Eric's my boss, and you're correct,We pretty much only do firearm manufacturing and gunsmith work now. We are backed up right now and If you're not on a super tight deadline, send him an email or call.We are now located in Hillard.

I called them for something else last week and they told me they are backed up over 3 months preparing for their own line...pffft.
Email John@gunenvey.com he said he would take it.Tell him curt sent you.
Ahmadi6490,I asked about the revolver and he said they can't engrave it at this time.
-
Good question....I need to get a lower engraved for NFA reasons.
Call Gun envy. They should be able to handle it,but i know they have a pretty hefty workload right now

I had dinner with Keith and Kyle maybe 2 months ago, after my job Did some business with fps industries, and this comes as a huge surprise. RIP, he was a very intelligent, cool and all around nice guy and that's a horrible way to go.

Gun envy might have one on consignment. They posted about it on fb last week? give them a call.

This is exactly the reason I have an AR I built off an 80% receiver using all brand new parts that has only had a dummy round chambered to check function, never fired, never even chambered a live round so that even a dog couldn't detect the scent of powder on it, kept hidden in my floor. Not cause of this video or Katrina specifically, but just I case the govt ever tries to take my guns.
Did they give the guns back? I have a 1938 mossberg from my great grandfather with no serial number that while its only about a $200 gun it's priceless to me. How would I get that back without a serial number. I know tons of people have guns with no serial number or no other identifying markings at all, what about all them? Do we all need to consider serializing all our old guns?
You should consider marking them in some way. Doesn't even have to be in an obvious spot (under grips, under butt pads, etc.) But it would help. could even just be your initials . What happens if they are stolen and recovered? That's the same make and model and looks like mine doesn't cut it. One of two reasons I marked my 80% lowers with a serial number. I know most stolen guns aren't recovered but it happens from time to time. I actually have a ruger in my shop for work that was stolen and then recovered.

200$$ or trade for cash plus ammo (7.62x39, 9mm) or just ammo if it's a decent amount.

I didn't post this in the backroom section because I realize no one here is actually going to by it. I just figured some of you might want to see some gun porn.

I normally go, but passed on the fall shoot this year. I had a blast at the spring shoot though.

I've been running ethanol in my civic for about 2 years now. I can't think of any issues that were directly related to me running e85. Make about 435hp/355 ft-lbs and get maybe 25 mpg when I keep my foot out of it.
GunEnvy in trouble lol

I work for a different branch of GE manufacturing, and the shop doing the bolt carriers is less then 8 miles from our shop in Hillard. What is posted above is true, they are working hardcore to get the carriers assembled and shipped out.The shop doing the machine work had a good amount of downtime this summer dealing with a microburst ( this one http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories/local/2013/07/10/storm_warn.html ) that ripped apart half of their shop, then there were manufacturing issues, etc etc. Just like with us, gun envy is at the mercy of that shop, and they are neither our or their other go to shops biggest or only client.
