My Nephew has a '12 GTR, Midpipe and tune by Topspeed. He drove to the track (with race gas) and ran 10.4 @ 133. Not many cars can go mid 10's on a non race prepped road. He has about 590 whp and hooks on the street. Nice car!

Congrats. I don't think a smarter car has been made for <$100k. If I was you (and if it was legal, of course) I'd take all those Chevy's and Ford's money. Race them from a dig to 100mph on the street. I don't think a Chevy or Ford can hang with it on the street from a dig or maybe a 20 roll. The car is tough...especially with a midpipe and a tune.

Easy guys.... I braked boosted on the last run and I'm not going to speed shift 750 whp on a stock rear end and axles. I'm living on borrowed time as most people blow up the stock rear end at much lower hp. I remember the other runs starting at about 40 mph. I started in 3rd gear cause 2nd blows the tires off. That GTR is fast...it is my Nephews. He ran a 10.4 @133. I had the 1320video guy with me...he got some great shots of the fire.

Slow is a relative term. I made 630whp and I'll be an average car there. I'll try to give you a call so I can met you. Friday night would be a good time to meet at the gathering.

Hey Joe, good to hear from you. She is not a garage queen and I plan to put some miles on her this year. In fact I am moving to Georgia in March and I can drive year-round there. My nephew will be there in his GTR and I'm sure we'll get some good Go-Pro vids. Take care.

We plan to leave Montgomery Al., at 7 am on Wednesday. It should be a 10-11 hr trip. We are going to the road course to spectate on Thursday, do the other events as well and plan to be out each night.

I am going. I'm not on this forum often as I live about 2 hrs SE of Columbus. I will be traveling over from Alabama. I have a Silver FD with a 3 rotor swap. My tag says "3 ROTOR". If you see my car, please introduce yourself.

That is great. I'm making a few mods to my car to hopefully be mid 10's or better. I won the Forced Induction Sport class in August....admittedly not as strong a class as it has been in the past. I'm about 2 hrs away and don't get to Trails but 1-2 times per year. This will be a good excuse to get there.

This car has a 12,000 12 month limited warranty on the engine. Don't find these cars in this good of shape with a warranty on the engine very often.
