That video is the first thing I have seen that does not have a reasonable explanation to back up why the echo or any reflecting noise doesn't match the close range.

Even just within the lane on a highway you should be able to tell, however it's high possible that both front wheels bearings are bad so it might not be easy to track down that way

Does the noise fade or get louder if you turn side to side ?

With your ASEs you would be able to be a level 5 technician there which is the highest underneath the 2 lead positions that require management type training to become. They work m-f in a heated and AC shop. All your tool are provided for you and it's a hourly job not flat rate

Most dealerships will not tell you the vehicle history per the vin because that can be considered personal information of the previous owner However a lot of major dealerships report service to autocheck and carfax and it will state the date and what repair/ check was performed

Unless it was reported to carfax no way to check without paperwork from dealer. Injectors are fine it's the hpfp that needs replacement with the updated version
