I already have too many sets of wheels sitting around, and not to be a dick, but my friend got his all chrome with tires for only $1,300 brand new.....and black wheels are usually cheaper.

Japanese prisons must be pretty hardcore. Wouldn't want to get caught up in a gang in there.....that seemed like a rough place to be. I'd probably hang myself in there if I had to do that dance period, let alone with that much organization
