  1. I’ll explain myself in this situation. This started out as a drunken prank gone horribly wrong. There’s no excuses to make only consequences to deal with. Eman’s car being impounded was the direct result of myself and four others whom i wont mention, most of you probably wouldn't know them anyways. In hindsight I am not sure why i posted on CR, I in no means mean to gloat about it, in fact i feel quite bad about my actions. Our drunken foolery ended up in Emans car being impounded, and costing him money. I cant speak for anybody else, But i will help chip in as a group to help Eman get his car back. (or alone if nobody else feels the need).

    Reading owns me. As stated earlier you will probably have to mail something in, I dont know how the insurance companies do it, they may be able to fax it to you.

    To obtain a prior three-year driving record of violations and accidents regarding any person, it is necessary to submit the full name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, and driver license number along with other information requested on form BMV 1173 ( Record Request). If inquiring about another individual's driving record, form BMV 5008 (Notarized Written Consent Release of Personal Information) must be also be completed, notarized, and submitted with form BMV 1173.

     

    The fee for a driving record request by mail is $5.00. Please make check payable to the "Ohio Treasurer." Allow 14-21 days to process.
