  1. BTW just read on scout that word is Mack Brown is going to retire from Texas? Who do they hire, Gruden? Thats a big profile job and word is Gruden had a clause to opt out of any contract for OSU and or Texas...
  2. I refuse to pay for "inside" info that will be leaked a day later for free lol. I do appriciate you guys spilling the beans though, keep up the good job haha. BTW the more recruits I see being offered the more I have a feeling that Urban is gonna pull a bitch move and take offers away from commits. This is like 15 players he has spoken to in the 2012 class that have not commited to OSU... Heres some of the more recent names I have seen that have already gotten an offer, are trying to be persuaded whatever. Stefon Diggs Joel Caleb Cyrus Jones Noah Spence Nelson Agholor Sevon Pittman Nick Davidson Alex Kozan Bam Bradley Jodan Diamond Keith Brown Kyle Decker Ifeadi Odenigbo ^^ That is almost an entire class by its self! Either a ton of kids are going to leave via transfers/medical reasons, whatever or he's gonna pull schollies
  3. On an NFL note, what the fuck happened to Donovan McNabb? Dudes skills fellt he fuck off, he is going to be released by the Vikings apparently.
  4. Boise was just fine before Peterson and will most likely be just fine afterwards. He will enjoy having his ass spanked by USC yearly and being a bottom feeder in the Pac12. UCLA is a basketball school and will continue to be one. BTW that now makes 3 decently named coaches in hired by the pac12 in the last couple years. Lane Kiffin @USC, Chris Peterson@UCLA and Mike Leach@ Washington State Oh yeah, Boise is my 2nd favorite team
  5. And you point is what exactly? If they don't want to be hit then they should join the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, wait one of those took a good shot a couple weeks ago too. Football is about hitting, plain and simple, you should be in favor of hitting as you're a hockey fan. Which btw how is fighting on the rink not assault?
  6. That sucks, I thought he snapped his arm at first but luckily he didnt.
  7. Yeah except Evan Turner landed straight on his back, thus breaking it. BTW I met him at Dicks here in Heath and he was a cool dude.
  8. Braxton named Freshman of the Year by the B10 today, must've been a weak 2011 recruiting class Also just read that Dane Christ is transferring to Wisconsin and will be able to play next year. He was supposed to be the next great ND qb, but never really panned out. He's graduating from ND in Dec, thus making him eligible to play without having to sit a year.
  9. I think he is ok, he walked off the court on his own and I saw him jumping around and slapping hands with everyone on the sideline as the game ended. Prob just kept him out since they were up 20!! I think the player with the best chance of being something in the NBA outside of Buford is Deshaun Thomas. Not many left handed ballers int he league, which helps because defenders tend to always go towards the right hand. Also as said before, dude can score at will lol. Plus he is tall and athletic
  10. If Vrable isn't kept by OSU I look for him to end up on the sidelines for the Pats as a coach
  11. Fuck Kalis, I hope he enjoys 4-5 years of losing. I loved it when he decommited from OSU and then commited to Michigan, ESEC called him the best lineman to come out of Ohio since Orlando Pace...he got worked in the state playoffs by another buckeye recruit from all accounts. I don't want a kid on the team like him honestly. You not only when with talent, but character and I don't think that kid has much character. I heard Drayton was kept on the staff, so who all has he kept thus far: Stan Drayton (will he become RB coach instead of his current WR gig) Luke Fickell (what exactly will his role be outside of recruiting, maybe Assistant Headcoach?" Taver Johnson
  12. Sully will definitley get drafted and will likely be a lottery pick. That doesn't mean he'll be good in the NBA....plenty of elite college players have turned into bust in the NBA. If Sullinger were to stay for his Jr year I think it would do him good, it'd give him a chance to work on his 3point and mid range shot. 6'9 power forwards with no real leaping ability, aren't a real commodity these days.
  13. Wow we are actually agreeing on something word for word :lolguy:
  14. Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless were making excuses for them as well. They said they appeared to have jet lag legs from playing in Maui. They also said that OSU wasn't as athletic as North Carolina and that Sullinger won't be good in the NBA. I may have to agree with the Sullinger part as i've tried telling one of my buddies that in my opinion he will be a tweener at the next level.
  15. Why any kid would want to go to Notre Dame for football is beyond me.
  16. The 2013 class is looking pretty sick, Jalin Marshal has one of the best highlight tapes I think i've ever seen. He is a Ted Ginn/Percy Harvin type in my opinion and thats exactly what OSU needs!
  17. Yeah I menioned that Noah Spence was supposedly interested now. Urban handed out his first offer to a Junior WR from the Cleveland area today apparently. I'm not gonna lie, it is pretty fun waching the recruiting stuff now that he is here, still doesn't mean I like him but its nice to see recruiting picking up. It seemed like a weak year (even though its a 3.6 I believe average before Urban), but could very well end up being amazing. So far Urban has gotten the #1 DE and #1 WR interested and supposedly the WR is coming up for a visit. He has also got in the ear of the #1 OT Jordan Diamond. You put Spence and Washington on the same D-Line and look the fuck out. Idc who Michigan signs, those 2 alone trump anyone Michigan gets
  18. Umm Duke was exposed to night as having no scorers. Two of their players had 38 of their 63 points. Rivers is a beast especially for a freshman and will get even better. However they lack any sort of scoring threat out of him. 22 16 7 6 6 4 2 That is the breakdown of points scored by their players....Compare that to Ohio States 21 20 18 17 4 3 2 OSU showed the have more then just Sullinger and Buford who can score. You get Deshaun Thomas in the mix and look out, the kid was a scoring machine in highschool (look up his stats), plus Craft is the best defending point gaurd in the country in my opinion.
  19. So I found this over on scout and I thought it was interesting, while making me sick at the same time lol. The SEC could have 3 schools in BCS bowl games this year...Here is how "IF UGA (Georgia) wins the sec championship game then they get the automatic bid (Sugar Bowl). Then IF LSU and Bama are still the top 2 bcs ranked teams they get the bcsc game." How sickening would that be, not only do they cheat to get recruits, they have figured out how to cheat the system...bastards!!
  20. Hey Zack, was Urban introduced during tonights halftime?
  21. That was an ass whooping if I have ever seen one. If that Ohio State team shows up in March, then look the fuck out!! There was a ton of former players and celebs on hand
  22. Monster of a player, idiot of a person on the field. He cannot keep his emotions under control at all. If it wasn't for the leg stomp I would have no real complaints about him. He plays football hard and fast, like its supposed to be play. Its not his fault the NFL is now a pussy ass league that puts QB, WR's and TE's in training bras and dresses. Two clean hits last night were flagged for "unneccesary roughness", umm isn't it the defenders job to hit? Players like Jack Tatum would be broke as fuck due to fines levied against them for clean hard hits. Thats why I prefer college (even though there I think the excessive celebration rule is fucking dumb)
