Haha you are not alone in that regard my friend. Right now the plan is to put it in a Wrangler, our 4 year old absolutely loves lifted Jeeps and I have been secretly wanting to tinker with one of these motors for a while. After watching guys go 9's for next to nothing, it was a no brainer to join them. I have a soft spot for imports, but I don't see myself ever building another one. I don't have plans to go real crazy with this one, just enough to get some 35's rotating. I do have plans to go stupid with a 5.3/6.0 later down the road in a different chassis though. Right now I am just trying to soak up as much info on these things as I can since I am in foreign land now.

Shane Morris was a 7 on 7 camp warrior that played weak competition in highschool (Michigan highschool football is not good). I follow recruiting very tightly so I am aware of who Shane Morris is. They are also losing their best offensive player in Funchess and have an offensive line that is worse than some Ohio highschool teams. Harbaugh has his work cut out for him, this isn't an Urban situation at all. OSU was a train wreck for 1 year, Michigan has been for the last 7 years (minus the first year of Hoke). I think in 3-4 years they will be back as a powerful team, which is a good thing. I just wonder how long Harbaugh stays at Michigan before the NFL draws him back, over/under 4 years?

Most of the elite recruits are already committed to schools, I think this years class will be a bad one. Next year they may be able to land some recruits based on his name alone, but I still don't see them going much better than they did this year @Utah Oregon St UNLV BYU @Maryland Northwestern Michigan St @Minnesota Rutgers @Indiana @Penn St Ohio State

In other news, Michigan is still going to suck for a couple years. This years class is screwed, they have 10 kids committed and Harbaugh can't start recruiting til middle of January. Leaves him about 2 weeks til NSD to fill a class.

Reading that leads me to believe Jones is going to be the qb to leave after this year. I think he will enter the draft, kid is 22 years old, 6'5 with a rifle arm and has a kid. If he can be even remotely close to the player he was against Wisconsin this post season, his stock will be higher than ever. He would almost be stupid to come back and 3rd string next year.

90% of coaches in America don't watch college football..Urban Meyer said on the Dan Patrick show that he didn't watch TCU or Baylor play this year. Said he doesn't get to watch college football outside of game tape.

Ohio States name brand helped them jump ahead of TCU and Baylor, Texas's name brand is even keel with Ohio States. That's why I don't believe OSU would have jumped Texas if they were in a situation like this years. Imagine what that could do for recruiting and or national perception haha Going back to Zachs post about Texas landing a couple stud recruits, today was a good day for the big12 all together. Oklahoma landed 5* Ricky DeBerry who was high on OSU at one point and Baylor landed a 5* QB. Texas is also in on a 5* DT apparently, now that Malik committed there. As we have talked about previously, there's no excuse for Texas not to have a top 5 class every year, the talent in that state alone is insane.

My bad it was Baylors coach, sorry. You now know why neither got in the playoffs, no one can remember a damn thing about them haha
