Two options, 3.5mm Jack to 3.5mm jack- assuming your radio has an auxiliary port. Or a 2-1 RCA to 3.5mm Jack. If your radio only has an auxiliary RCA input. Those are the two options I would go with. Those radio transmitter modules are junk.

The resistance doesn't matter really. If an amp is one ohm stable it will be fine. Running the amp are 2 ohms might be more efficient though, amps efficiencies are rated at 4 ohms and 100hz (or at least class d)
