Just autocross so far it's my daily driver so I tend not to tear it up so much

I see that now. Wish I knew about those in the past before I found the nord locks
-
You can also try some "nord lock" lock washers. I have them on my exhaust after numerous attempts at trying to keep the bolts from backing out they finally did the trick

Wow I'm one here for a couple days again and my newbie post is Linked. Not bad. I know these cars inside and out. We there it be 2.0 2.4 or v8. I have people drive from out of state for me to do the mods or simple work. Being a parts bin car is true but also make the availability easier. Every car has its ups and downs shoot me a message or post if you have any questions I can give you first hand info just like mallard

Have to go with ram horn manifolds till I can make or find a pair headers

It started out as a 5 speed. I switched to the auto for 2 reasons. This car is my daily driver and plus I already had a transmission laying around. My daily commute is about 135 miles a day and a lot of that in city traffic. I was wearing out the clutches every 30-40k miles. Got tired real quick dropping the tranny for clutch changes built a strong 700r4 to handle the power supply far no issues

Lots of cats when they die I try to convince my wife to let me stuff them and mount them so it's like they never left..... thanks for pointing that out

Always wanted a V8 in the sky knew that when I bought it new back in 2006. I turbo'd the factory 2.4 blew it when a pressure hose came off and over pressured the engine. Knew it was time for my swap and so it began

No dyno sheet done yet since I havent had time to go anywhere. I dont even know where to go in this area. I have never had any of my cars on a dyno or even realy cared. I am just now getting involved in racing aspect of things The Turbo Setup was built by WERKS Racing out of Illinois. I am going off their numbers as the advertised HP. I know actual numbers are different but we will find out when this gets dyno'd Here is a link to the WERKS site for the kit components http://www.performanceautowerks.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=158_218&products_id=1397 All the actual labor was on me. I install everything myself. The Clutch, Gauges, Turbo install isnt that hard most of it just bolts right on. No real modifications needed.

I dont even think I would try to drive that. I have always admired the amount of power that the evos make
