Really like many have said karma's a bitch, and I don't really care quite honestly because when it comes down to a job promotion people are gonna pick the person that has some respect and manners (myself as I was raised like that), over some constant BB messaging, rude, inconsiderate asshole.

It does piss me off when they profile, I got it alot and continue to get it all though not as much as I have grown up quite a bit these past two years. But I mean black honda with tint, younger guy. Yeah cops like to follow and fuck with me. But I'm not stupid or a bad kid so I just shut up and let them get their hardon for fucking up my day. Then I just smile and tell them to have a nice day when they don't get shit from me. Been pulled over three times in the last year for fucking stupid reasons and no ticket because I dont do drugs or drink and drive. So fuck off popo. I do respect what the police do, but alot of them have the wrong idea of what their job means.

Friend of mine is looking for a fun daily driver. He hasn't nailed down the car for sure but here are a few things he is looking for. I told him to join the forums here because he is a car guy and in the area so he will likely pop in here soon as he can. But I told him I would get the ball rolling. So if you guys know anyone or stumble over some suspects on craigslist searching let me know. Thanks! Few things we are looking for for sure -5spd (Will only consider auto if its a great deal and still quick/fun to drive) -Remotely fast or quick, he's on a budget so we understand price is a limiter here - Good to go, reliable, with good drivability (doesn't need much or any work) - $5,000 budget (maybe a little more or less) Things he's looking at are Camaro's, Trans ams, would consider domestics or imports and the like but again doesn't want anything thats been heavily modded then beat to hell. Would prefer closier to stock and quick. Sorry if this seems very vague.

But I would think if they would have to give a notice that next month the rent is increasing from 950 - 1200... I kind of got lost but you are paying month to month correct? In this case they should have to give like a 30 day notice that next month is 1200 that way if say you didnt want to pay the 'increase' you can give notice of you leaving.
