I've already contacted Slomo for an estimate on a tune but figured I'd throw this up here for anyone else to but in. It's for a friend of mine. Thanks again! 2004 Civic EX, 1.7L Full Garret racing T25 turbo setup with exhaust and upgraded injectors. He's considering tuning on chrome or s300 whatever makes the most economical sense. He's got a new upgraded clutch going in and is hoping to make 220whp. Also if anyones got access to used or cheap s300 or chrome setups, etc. we may be interested.

Coolmaster HAF932 is the case Im using. Has excellent (award winning) cooling. http://www.coolermaster.com/products/product.php?language=en&act=detail&id=5363 Just make sure the motherboard you pick uses the same socket as the i7940 and you should be fine. Read some reviews on the board cause its unlikely most people on here have had experience with all of the latest boards. Dont forget to have him buy a monitor seperate he'll probably get a better monitor for 2/3 the cost. EDIT: Mind posting where your building that from?

No offense but guys an idiot. Mine does that too. The microsoft HDMI cable is just cheap and gets nudged loose, doesnt fit very well anyway so any vibration can sway it out of place. On the side why didn't he just use the normal A/V cables? None the less sweet deal for you!

If your wanting to save some money is 12gigs of ddr3 really needed? I'm sure 6gigs is plunty. Also as for the dvd-drive he could down grade from the lighscribe drive and buy a sharpie marker and probably save $25 or so. Also definitly tell him to buy as much software, hardware like his monitor and keyboard/mouse from newegg.com or somewhere else. Their ship seperately anyway so he might as well buy them seperately and save some coin. I'm building a high-end gaming rig and have heard great things about the coolmaster 850watt PSU, for running quad-sli rigs. Its reasonably priced and has great reviews and you dont want to cut your rig short on power. Also with that processor you may want to run a coolmaster V8 processor cooler.
