I'd just like to know why I'm being flamed after 3 days when I've clearly done nothing that will hurt anyone but myself. Isn't that my prerogative? I understand there will be certain criticisms and I admit wearing shorts while riding isn't smart, but this makes me "you're not cool because of it just not intelligent". Let's be retrospective on the intelligence comment. I mean is the goal of this site to basically hate on all new members and make them feel unwelcome? If so mission accomplished.

I've been down, and it sucked. Someone must be getting the idea that because I'm new here means i am some squid rider giving people lessons on how to do clutch-ups or something? Does everyone on here have a superiority complex, or just ASS?

Well given that you have a bike I'm sure you've heard the saying about 2 kinds of riders... fortunately I always wear a coat and the time I did go down it was more of a tuck and roll, which I did wearing jeans and still ended up with rash. So, what's the difference? no skin or less skin?

Well actually buying a new car is high priority, right after finding a job. Unfortunately being a recent grad in this economy seems to make finding a decent job quite a job in itself.

Just checking in here as specified by the lengthy rules. I've lived in Columbus for about 5 years. I am mostly a motorcycle rider but I also have a passion for cars, though mine is strictly a grocery getter and not worth mentioning here. Sorry I don't have a better pic of this one on hand. Also formely owned a 89 CBR 600 flat black with a +2 sprocket, vance&hines pipe basically set up for drag.
