Do they have to be going a certain speed when the green light comes on? How does this work exactly?

 

Both cars are doing right around 60 and have to be as side by side as possible before the guy will hit the green light.

I couldn't call you quick enough when I got the mag and seen it. Congrats buddy. Now you need that 9 sec pass.

Get the tune time set up and you know I will be going with you if its on a Wed. We need to get it on the street and know it's a 100%. The exhaust though is still way to loud.

FP 18g, Buschur Short Route FMIC w/ blow thru setup, 3"GM Maf, Shep stage 3 tranny, ACT 6 Puck Clutch, 255 rewired fuel pump, 550 injectors, and some other small things.

 

Whats the car going to be built or is used for?

Street and Strip hopefully

 

What are your goals with the car?

Fix all the hacked up things that were done by the last owner . Find another 6 bolt to build up. And just make a fun car.

My tires aren't to aggresive because we do a lot of riding here at work in the parking lot and in the yard. That's a good looking klx though.

I have to ask why you are using a MAF translator AND a SAFC to tune. Don't you only really need the translator?

 

Yes you can get by with just the MAF translator but with having the SAFC also you can fine tune because you can do every 1000 rpm's with it and the SAFC is in the cab of the car so it's easier to adjust on the fly.

Well here in eastern Ohio the nearest Home Depot is about 45 min away so that's a nice little hike. I just try to keep extras in the car. lol.

Yeah it's all about using the rear brake and doing it right. I'm not that good at it yet but I'm working on it.

i have aHonda 50 with a 88cc big bore kit and a extreme 90. I am putting a track in my back yard. I can also ride wheelies on them for miles...

 

I thought about going with an 88 kit, one of the guys I work with has put it in his but me and my tech was talking and we wanted to do a stroker kit so thats the way i'm going to go and see how it is. I'm still working on the balance point to ride some good wheelies but its fun learning.

I will check to see if anyone needs them. My manager has a klx 110 with a 165 kit so I will see if he needs them. I want to say her put a kx65 front forks on it though.

Man that's one heck of a jump for a 110. Yea I crash my 50 atleast once a day. Luckly nothing serious yet. Gotta love working at a bike shop where we can mess around and ride whenever we're not busy.

They are so much fun man. They got some good power for the size that they are and gotta love riding wheelies on these little things.
