  1. And please no disrespect to the motorcycles, but hopefully they don't keep jumping the line. It seems like every time I go to one of these test n tunes, the motorcycles can run like 3 runs to my 1 run.
  2. Nice and congrats on your personnel best. My friend wants me to go to Kil-Kare and I never been there. Maybe some day.
  3. There are Test & Tunes scheduled for October 18th and October 25th From 12pm to 5pm at National Trails, I think prices are $15.00 for each event. Is anyone going to this? I know some other people who want to do this and not sure on which one to do or maybe both? Just let me know, thanks.
  4. Thanks, it was a blast. This was my first bracket racing and I think I just got addicted?
  5. I bogged a little at the light (just a hair), I went thru 1st and 2nd real good, saw the guy finally leave and I said to myself, "oh I got him" so I lifted just a little in third and went to 4th. By the time I hit 4th, I crapped my pants cause he came like gang busters. He told me he got me at the line by a fender, it felt like the nose of my bumper? Even if I would have won, I would have busted on my time by .003. I was surprised that I guessed my dial time, it was a good thing I changed my time from a 12.60 to a 12.45. Had a blast and if I don't go to Dayton on Thursday, I might be there Friday?
  6. It was nice meeting up with you again Gary. Hope to do some more racing.
  7. Traction at National Trails today for the BOPC was freckin unbelievable. A ton of grip.
  8. My new personnel best today at National Trails (10-30-9) 1/4: 12.341 (113.41 MPH) 60': 1.816 330: 5.166 1/8: 7.958 MPH: 89.58 1000: 10.338 My old personnel best 12.60, 1/4 mile, with a 1.88 sixty foot.
  9. Come on GM people. I'm sure there will be other classes out there as well, so I don't think it will be all GM there.
  10. Thanks, I appreciate that and I will convey that to my tuner. Please disreguard the PM I sent you.
  11. Thanks for the kind words. The only thing I would need is where my car was running lean in the dyno pull. My tuner is calling me tonight to go over this situation. Thanks
  12. Brian thanks for meeting with me today to see what numbers I am at. Brian was great to work with and hope to work with him in the future. Would love to make a Dyno day with everyone so that I could meet more people and to get some better tips on gaining more horsepower for the money. I do have a question on which number(s) to post. Brian gave me several ways to read the dyno number. Here are the ways of reading a dyno chart: SAE, Actual and STD Horsepower. Once again, thanks Brian for taking the time to put my car on your dyno.
  13. I would get there early if you want a decent place to park, like around 9:00ish.
  14. Would love to make this some time. The 3rd, Trails is having an event and that is where I am going to be. Hopefully can make the next one.
  15. I'll be there, hopefully this will be alot of fun. May the Pontiac's win :bangbang:
  16. Man, I stated to throw me a number, not an insult.
  17. I thought I heard something about this 'Cars and coffee" thing. If available, would love to see what it's all about.
  18. Well throw me a number, I could be willing to sell it. Then I can get the Goat turbo'd.
  19. Hey man what's going on Big Steve. Glad to be aboard finally. Hope to see you at the next event.
  20. Man love those 02 TA's. The Bird looks very clean and please keep us posted on your build.
  21. Thanks, she does need a little bit of work though. I need to redo the interior and get the motor reworked. The motor on the Bird has 103,000 miles on it. The Bird stills fires right up and drives true and straight, surpricingly. Thanks and hope to meet some more people. P.S. I have noticed alot of people from CR that are in the Westerville area. Would like to meet up with some, some day.
  22. I would probably chaulk that up to driver error. I've only done this for about 1 year and only have about 20 plus runs. My goal would be 12.3 or .4. I can't be consistant with a manual. Hopefully after some years under my belt I might be able to be consistant?
  23. Man wanted to make it, but the wife had other ideas. I need to find out how much I am putting down at the rear wheels. I am hoping that I am at least putting down 420. Maybe some other time, or Brian just let me know. Thanks for calling me yesterday on your busy schedule.
