well....except for this corvette.
http://www.rotarywiki.com/index.php?title=1973_Corvette_Rotary_Concept
If they would have made that car, the corvette would have sold much better over seas.

Crossle's shifter cart.
I was hanging out with the guy behind you in the blue Evo on the grid.
Ok, I remember.
-
wow, I hope you were high when you said that.
Im just trying to ruffle feathers. I am a big fan of keeping the engine the car was designed for. The corvette was not designed around a rotary, and the FD was not designed around the ls1.
-
i saw you at the autocross yesterday.
What car did you drive?
-
Very nice! I love the FD. Keep it rotary!
Always. If I got a car with an ls1 I would swap a rotary into it.

Thank you for not sucking at life!
Great intro and nice cars. There are a few of us on there that are photo junkies and I would not mind doing some shots of your FD if you like.
That would be cool. Every picture I take is crap. I think I might only have 3 pictures of my car that's not blurry.

whats up matt!
What's up man. Is your car running good?

Wow wow wow wow...it was going good until I saw that you traded the M3 for a V6 camaro...I vote ban.
I know man, thats the dark hole in my life. The M3 was having some expensive problems and I need a daily. I am now trying to flip the camaro for another M3 with less miles.

Like the new ride best. They are quick...had a nice little spurt with one about a week ago. Not bad for a V6. His plate was 304 V6
I was surprised with the v6. The engine actually makes around 320 at the fly wheel. I made 270 at the wheels and using a 15% loss in the drive train tells that the fly wheel is seeing more like 320. The only beef I have with the camaro is the ride height. The SS sits perfect, but gm must have used left over truck suspension for the v6.

Nice intro and FD....what kind of racing do you do?
I participate in solo racing. I plan on graduating to real race tracks this year. I finally have a legal cage going into the car which was the only thing holding me back from the real tracks. The auto cross events are still a good place for seat time.

My name is Matt. I live in pataskala. Here are some pics of my recent cars.
My FD, had her for 3 years. I will start with pics of when I first got it, and move to now.
stock engine here and some ugly wheels.

Had an autopower bolt in 6 point. Switched to r-comp tires. Im using Advan a032r's and nitto r888. The car is a race car thus the lack of interior.

How she sits now. Went wide body in the rear. Had to cut the quarters and re-weld the body back together. Had custom bilstein coilovers made for the rear. The racing gear rears were rebuilt from a fire. The rebuild did not last so long.

Having a custom tig-welded cage starting to be put in. The cage will be an 8 point. Defined Autoworks is putting in the cage.

Now my other cars. This is my list of daily drivers from the past year. Oldest to new.
Before the daily drivers my 69 camaro ss. Wish I still had it.

First of the daily drivers. My s14 SR powered s14

Sold the s14 for an e46 m3, best of all my daily drivers.

Then traded the M3 for a camaro. It's a 6 speed manual. V6, Dynoed at 270 wheel horse power.

Thats the run down of my cars. The FD is my first and oldest love. I have spent more than I care to think about on it over the years.

Hello folks
in Introductions

Not so bad, but not super great. I ran a 38.2 for my best time. I think I could have broke into the 37's if I would have been able to hold it together in the slalom. The car was great but the driver needs work. The fastest car ran in the 35.6 or 7 range. I would have to check when they post results.
