She needs to be charged and honestly, if this happened more often with home invasions, maybe they would stop. I'd venture to say that most people wouldn't break into a home if they thought they had a 50/50 shot (pun intended) of living. I don't keep my AR loaded but my .357 magnum is loaded and sits on my night stand and I certainly wouldn't be afraid to use it or feel bad about using it against a home invader. Are there any states that have laws protecting criminals for situations like this? The obvious state would be California, but I don't know that for sure.

I was pro gay marriage when it was an issue. I am pro-choice. I am pro legalization of marijuana. I think churches should pay taxes. There are a lot of left ideas/policies I support. I disagree. I don't think being gay is a choice, but claiming you're a female with a penis is a choice. Not every male is genetically the same but that doesn't not make them a male. At what point do we stop making exceptions? Well this guys testosterone levels are far below average, so he's allowed to classify himself as a female. I think everyone should have the same right as anyone to call themselves what they want and be who they think they are and they shouldn't be punished (by the government) or given any different treatment (by the government) to do so. These seem to go for more used because most people modify them. I bought mine brand new Smith & Wesson M&P15 for $620 at Vance's. I couldn't find them used for that, but I also didn't look too hard. I know one of the bigger gun shows was just at the fairgrounds here in Columbus a few weekends ago. Would have been a good place to look.
