Close, but no. Rathburn woods. The previous owner swapped the 8v in the late 90's when 16v engines were not available because their host GTI or GLI wasn't rusted out in the junkyard yet lol. Hey all. I've heard about this forum from guys on OhioVW and OhioBimmers so I figured I would check it out myself. I'm Erik, from Gahanna. I'm a college student at the OU branch in Pickerington. Currently driving a 1988 BMW 535i and a 1986 VW GTI. http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c229/ColSchmitz/IMG_8403.jpg The bimmer is completely stock for the time being. The 3.4 liter I6 runs awesome. I've got some Bilstein Sport struts and H&R sport springs on order. I plan on replacing the current wheels with some OEM BMW wheels in the near future. The previous owner swapped a 2.0 8v into it with a sportier cam, adjustable cam sprocket, hot air intake and chip. The car has been lowered and beefier sway bars were installed front and rear. Exhaust wise it has a Techtonics cat back. Its a ton of fun to drive on the twisties but lacks the grunt for straight line speed. I've actually been thinking of selling it so I can focus on my 5er. If anyone sees me tooling around Cbus give me a wave. Erik
