  2. Obviously for the price, it does not have a v160. The ECU is stock, it is now single turbo swapped and I cannot tell you the current HP because I never had it back on the dyno since it was single swapped, but I am sure it is more than the 400 the twins put down.

I would be willing to pay some money on top of the trade. There is a list of mods, but I don't want to take the time to list them if there isn't any interest on your part. Either way, sweet car!

  3. If you can score an invite buy the oneplus one. Should be easy enough by now to get an invite code, or if I remember right, they now allow you to buy them every Tuesday without an invite code now that they are more able to keep up with demand.

Flagship phone, half the price of phones with same specs, love mine!

    https://oneplus.net/

  4. If Sprint is ok with activating another carriers ESN then you can buy from any CDMA carrier such as Verizon, Sprint, Virgin mobile, etc.... You cannot buy a T-mob phone or AT&T as they both use GSM networks.

Also when purchasing a used CDMA phone, do make sure that it has a clean ESN, or you bought an expensive paper weight.

  5. The track set index racing heads-up 12.0, 13.0, 14.0, 15.0. Based on the typically times they see most street cars run. I asked that they add 11.0 and then maybe an no trailer run what you drove all out class. However since this their first run at this they set those indexes for this event. If you break out you lose, so if your in the 13.00 et class and you run 12.999 pack, to the stand to watch. I have even mentioned turning of the the score board like they do at kil-kare and edgewater when running a similar style event. We will see though, be safe see you in June.

I agree that if they are going for "street race" the ET board should be shut off to keep people guessing, and help the "call outs". As for no trailer run, I think all cars should be no trailer to begin with at a street racing themed event!!

  6. Straight talk from Walmart offers $45 unlimited everything plans if you bring your own phone. They support both GSM and CDMA, and just lease connection from T-Mobile or at&t for the gsm, or Verizon for the CDMA, so u will still have the coverage you desire at a much lower cost.
  7. I would think you could pull the motor and replace it, quicker than parting out, and having then to wait to sell all parts individually.

Never changed a motor in a 3000GT, and I am sure its not easy, but I would imagine no more than a days work, and as I look at it, my labor is always free to me!

  8. I just seen a PC sold on here that was over priced in my opinion. Screw it, keep it, you can always find a use for it, garage PC's are handy, also could pull the mobo out of the case and mount it in a drawer in the kitchen and get a fold down LCD. Works great for pulling recipes, listening to music, checking emails... Or you could turn it into a home file server, install freenas and throw it in the closet or basement.
  9. You can't claim va comp while still in service. Cool story but not all PTSD is the same and some people have and take PTSD harder more violent than others.

Thats the point! He won't leave just to claim stupid shit!

The military has diagnosed him with PTSD! The only reason they even found out, was because his daughter that is also enlisted, had said something! Theres way more to it than I have explained, but I don't feel the need to.

You must have it so much worse than he does, or even others...

Being a marine, it will piss you off even more to find out he's redhorse airforce.

  10. My neighbor (and close friend) suffers from PTSD, and has had many surgeries due to injuries. This guy is still enlisted and not only holds a high rank, but also a full time job on the side.

His days off, consist of work around the house, repairing cars, chopping wood, this summer he dug his whole basement out by hand. On holidays, he does the same thing. All his injuries, and I cannot even do 1/4 his workload with no injuries!

Point is, he has never tried to get any money from the government for his disabilities, in fact, once he found out that the medication he was on to treat PTSD, was not approved by the military, he quit taking his meds so that he can deploy again for another project he wants to be involved in.

And when I say PTSD, I mean he hits people in his sleep, with no recollection. One of the nicest, and most moral people you will ever meet (never hits anybody), and now has to deal with a wife (another close friend) who is scared to sleep beside him.

Oh... and and he sleep walks.....

Maybe you should tell him how bad you've had it!

  11. Done with the "baiting" tactics. It was amusing for sometime, until it somehow got mistaken as being serious...

    Bottom line

Number 1: You post on a local car enthusiasts website with exaggerated lies, expecting no one to know the difference... When called out, you come back with insults in an effort to derail these claims from continually happening.

Number 2: You effectively brag to the average law abiding working man about how you use his hard earned tax dollars (and even some scamming) to complete your build.

Number 3: After using these members money to build your project, you then talk shit to them about how awesome your vehicle now is (basically spitting in their faces), and also double brag about how the money is still rolling in.

    Who does this?????

Pat yourself on the back, give your mom a call, I'm sure she will be proud!

  12. So, you are saying that you are the exception and not the rule?

There are quite a few exceptions here, but that does not negate from the fact that there is still a rather large population of ignorant fucks here as well.

Take the good with the bad, I have met some of the coolest people I know in this town. Moving from NY may be the reason for that though.
