Better get used to those type responses on this site. Check out Kilkare speedway in Xenia Ohio, they have drift events at least a few times a year, don't be confused as the place has a dragstrip too. As said before there are a few local clubs that do autocross.

buy this thing, from my experiences you dont need any thing but a stock 240 to LEARN how to drift, you can learn some things on the street but if your really want to excel you gotta go to the track/skidpad.Once you feel like your maxing out your car and learning cap then you start modifying, welded diff(i daily one, yea its annoying every now and then but not a big deal if you drive like a normal person), coilovers are always a plus but not need when learning, get your self some kybs on zilvia and that will be a big improvement in feel for the car then stock/blown suspension. if you want to learn and excel and be really be good at it, just go out there and get as much seat time as you can, and i do daily me drift car in miami, but if your going to do it you have the high chance of being carless weeks at a time, i spun a bearing a week ago, but i choose to deal with it cause i just love driving my s13 every fucking chance i get. so goodluck and hopefully drift will blow up in ohio to, great tracks here for it. and s15driftking youll be getting a pm soon about your friend's skidpad XD

hey names alain, im currently living in sunny miami fl but ill be moving to lima ohio for school in feb of next yr,so i picked up this cum-guzzaling gutter-slut cause an s13 hatch with an out dated motor and antic suspension has always been my dream car, no lie.so when i picked her up everything was there, just need to but together.cleaned it out,then started putting it back together,wiring back on and wired up fans.battery relocating to the back, and the first setup caught on fire will driving it lol.the vavle cover had a nasty crack in it so i got one on zilvia and bought a drift button woot woot

^^^ wtf? so i guess she wasnt bullet proof lol, had a friendly race and as soon as i pulled over i lost oil pressure and spun a bearing

so now im pulling out and picking up my new ca this weekend, so hopefully all goes well and she'll be back on the road so ill keep you ladys posted.
