John Browning says don't sell it. Just check prices. Aim has been importing a lot of beat up ones for $400-$500. I have seen new for $800+. Good luck

 

Yeah, prices are all over the place from what I've seen. I need BBC parts more than I need this pistol right now.

I'm thinking of selling the Browning instead of beating it up as a carry weapon. Its a FN (Belgium) built model mfg. date is 1980 99.9% finish and its been fired 3 times in its life.

That looks really familiar ... in fact, its my old truck. I bought it in Dallas and brought it back to Ohio. I was the second owner. I used an Eibach kit for the drop (2" in front and 3" in the rear).

A guy I work with said his mother in-law had an extra one sitting in the garage she didn't use. If its still there you can use it. Its in Upper Arlington and he is supposed to call me this evening to let me know either way.

A few observations from a friend and high hours pilot ...

 

The video seems to show a stall that departed into an inverted spin. Most likely due to an excessive angle of attack as seen by the elevator position. I asked about the puffs of smoke that come from the engine as the plane was inverted. He said that was probably the pilot adding throttle to power out of the stalled condition and might show the moment when he knew he was in big trouble.
