    Hey Brian been a long time for sure. Nice looking Browning ! I hope your summer went well. Mine ... well I've had better ones. Looks like a motor build for me this winter and the reason I am gathering all my $ together.

  2. Looking for a part-time maintenance person for a small (64 unit) apartment complex located on the west side of town. 10-20 hours a week. Pay is $18.00/hr. Duties mostly involve light residential type repairs (dripping faucets, replacing electical outlets and switches, etc...) and supervising paint, cleaning and carpeting crews. Hours are flexible, looking for someone who can put in some time on weekdays before 5 pm and/or weekends.

  3. A few observations from a friend and high hours pilot ...

     

    The video seems to show a stall that departed into an inverted spin. Most likely due to an excessive angle of attack as seen by the elevator position. I asked about the puffs of smoke that come from the engine as the plane was inverted. He said that was probably the pilot adding throttle to power out of the stalled condition and might show the moment when he knew he was in big trouble.
