I have had black wheels on a dark car. Ended up changing them to polished lips.

Said since he was already there, he'd do it ALL for $200 (including the inspection/cleaning) Was done, with a full report before I got to the house.

I used POR-15 on an older BMW (325ix) I had rebuilt. Had no issues painting over it at all. Used rustoleum primer and paint (was underbody).
