110 is to hot for that card, it should get 90 max. That shouldnt be your problem if its rebooting. When a video card gets to hot you either see particles or a black screen but your computer will stay on and your can hear sound. Try opening your case and putting a fan next to it,watch your temp on your gpu and cpu if you have a g15 keyboard. If your still having problems and live close to me i could always come over and check it out for you,let me know. GL

if it completely shuts down it sounds like a power supply issue, does it actually shut down instantly or black screen and stay on?. also make sure you don't have your settings in the bios set for the cpu to shut down at to low of a temp. also do you have your windows activated or is the back of your screen black, because if it's not activated it will shut down every 2 hours.you probably have tested all of this considering the computer parts you have. if you get it back running again if you need help ocing your computer im a master at it :-P btw nvidia cards runs at 90s when you game thats why i went with dual 6970s watercooled :-) it could be a few other things but its allot easier for me to be there lol
