Hi Mark I was give your name by POS VETT. Unfortunately I took my 2008 4x4 4Runner (v6) to Jiffy Lube yesterday to have the oil changed. They told me the serp belt was starting to crack so I had them replace it. I don't get more than half mile down the road and it begins to squeal (assuming the new belt breaking) then a slight knocking. Water coming from water pump and antifreeze everywhere. So I go back to the shop and they take a look at it and end up putting the old belt back on so I can drive it the 1 mile to my house. The truck is still not in good shape. I spoke with them this morning and they asked me to get a "diagnosis" on it and estimate for repair and submit to them. I told them that I was not going away until it was fixed. My truck was 100% OK pulling in to their shop and now is sitting in my garage and can't be driven.
