I'm trying to help my brother change the bulb on the fog lights of his van. This damn thing is near impossible to get to because they decided to put some kind of plastic crap right behind it. Does anyone know how I can get to it? I've looked in the owners manual, and it just says "take it to an authorized dealer and have it inspected" TIA
