I'd like to roll down with the Dayton crew if nothing else just to see everyone again and say hey. I probably wouldn't stay long, I have a ton of stuff I need to get done for work and around the house.

My 24-70L is probably my favorite lens right now. I have the 100-400/4.5-5.6 IS L also that I use for some sports and wildlife. My next 2 lenses are going to be the 70-200 2.8L IS and an UW, either the 10-22 or the Tokina 11-16 2.8 AT-X.

Oh yeah. It's definitely my favorite all around lens right now and yah she's a sexy beast. There's a ton of good lenses though. The 17-40 I was just looking this morning. I can't make up my mind what I want next. I just need to decide what I want to shoot. Tell you what you can't go wrong with the 50 1.8 or 1.4 and the 85 1.8. They are primes (fixed but fall in that range and are great glass as well as relatively cheap.

Thanks man! I think I used my 24-70 with a CPL, on a tripod. It was a cloudy, but still bright day so I didn't use anything additional for lighting. I placed the bike in the entrance of the garage to get to the light, but placed it so that there little to no reflections.

Very cool. Yup they really are worth the extra cash if you can afford it. Glass is way more important than the body.

Whoa hey bro, welcome back. I haven't gotten a new bike yet. I've been kind of waiting for the comparos to come out. I loved the Honda, but of course the GSXR1k's are always nice. Then Yamaha goes and puts a new engine in their R1s... Just couldn't make the decision easy on me.
