  1. I think it would be neat to have a salt water tank but I am definitley not ready for the care involved in that.

Check out www.fishlore.com. There seems to be a lot of info on that site. Will tell you what dwarf koi need; tank size, food, temp, etc. And actually a larger tank is better because they are more consistent. They won't see temp swings or chemical spike as easily, they are more forgiving.

Oh yeah. They definitely are a lot of work. I've had large fish tanks successfully for many years so I'm ready for the challenge, lol. My main thing is salt water tanks are so much more expensive in every aspect than fresh water.

  2. I've been in and out of the fish tank game for a while now. I have two tanks currently, a 75 gallon and a 125 gallon. I am planning on turning my 125 into a salt water tank here soon. I used to keep African Cichlids in both of the tanks for several years.

  3. Ive checked out a couple members wheel guns.

Streamlined, lightweight and reliable. I see why someone would switch. Even compacts are lead bricks compared to a Smith Airweight.

It wasn't long ago I was carrying a G17 (17+1). Might as well have been a Desert Eagle.

LMAO. Yeah, I remember you saying that before. Compared to a buddys 38 my subcompact 40 feels like a desert eagle too.

  4. :plus1:

I cant say enough good things about my S&W 638 airweight. Its is light, shoots great, fits comfortably in my pocket all day, is unnoticeable and draws easily and shoots .38 Special +P. BOOM!

I have been carrying it every day for about 2 years and dont see me ever wanting another carry gun.

I've known a few people who made the switch from semi-auto to revolvers and haven't looked back.

  5. So I am considering replacing my current CCW piece with a S&W 442, Ruger, or S&W Bodyguard 38. Why don't more people carry revolvers as a CCW? I want something smaller than my current sub-compact Springfield. The only drawback I can see at the moment is less capacity and maybe the smaller sights. Anything else?

  6. I took mine to a daycare local to me and she was there for about 2 weeks before I said, "Fuck that!" She wasn't getting the attention she needed and she was uncomfortable there. She wouldn't sleep there, which is a HUGE fucking deal for a 3 month old baby. We pulled her out and found an in home private baby sitter. She does a hell of a job, but it is pricey as fuck. $800/mo. Honestly, I'd pay $1k/mo for what she does for my daughter though...

Holy shit! I didn't realize day care could be so expensive. That's it, I'm never having kids, lol.

  7. Wish that I could help you Pedro, but my style of decor is that of minimalism, and thus... No end tables.

The only reason I have a sofa and loveseat is that it's difficult to score azz when you make women sit on milk-crates... And I'm not up for asinine challenges.

LMAO. We share the same minimalist views on furniture, which is why I am in the predicament that I am currently in. lol.
