    If you want a really good realtor, PM me and I'll send you the contact info to ours. MKV Aaron used her, and said he was really happy with her.

     

    She was able to sell our condo when similar units at simlar prices DID NOT SELL.

     

    She was the only reason we were able to get the house we are in now...a bank owned home we got for a steal, and got it for literally a couple hundred bucks more than the next highest bidder.

     

    She is a pit bull, she WILL fight for you. We had issues with our condo association, and she fought for us. She has no problem with being the bad guy. She knows her shit very well, and has been doing this a long time. She is great at researching properties, very good at following up on items, and has a lot of connections.

     

    She also has great listing/home prep skills. She knows how to stage a home well. Her listings are well written, the pictures are good. She is very detail oriented.

     

    No matter who you go with, DO NOT just pick someone because they are on a message board you are a member of, because they are a realtive of someone you know, etc. This is large amounts of money we are talking about...you need someone that really knows what they are doing.

     

    My realtor is top notch. I'll be listing another property with her this week, and I'm sure it will be a challenge for her, but she is always up for a challenge. She works for HER Realty, so she isn't some private deal either.

     

     

    I agree, don't pick someone just because they are on the same message board. You definitely need to make sure that you interview Realtors as these types of transactions are some of the largest you'll ever be involved with. Truth is in the numbers, and eveyone's wants and needs are different. Our team does real estate full time, we are going to do everything we can for you because if we don't, then there goes our lively hood. Don't pick someone just because they are referred to you, interview them and see if they fit you. Something I would recommend is doing a search on google.com for questions to ask a Realtor, "Interview questions"

     

    Whatever you decide, make your decision an informed and educated one. I wish you the best in your home buying venture!

  6. Max tire size for a 94 Honda Civic Ex

    Ok, I'm tire retarded. I looking at getting some winter tires off of someone and he said that they are 14 inch wheels w/tires off of his 95 Honda accord. The quick question is, will these fit my civic? I believe the stock tire size for the 95 accord that year was 185/70/14. And I currently have 185/60/14.

    True many bodybuilders do use clenbuterol...and its sister albuterol. But on a much less extreme, is the ECA stack. A very common cycle of clenbuterol is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off...on the 2 off weeks use a cycle of ECA.

     

    But lets stay away from the clen and albu, anyway, I would suggest using primatene instead of the bronkaid. The ephedrine hydrochloride is more efficient than the ephedrine sulfate. At first you will be fine with the sulfate but after a short stint, your body will get used to it and you won't even realize you are taking it. Even in the article that was posted they said the test was performed with ephedrine HCL not sulfate. Keep that in mind. And as far as the aspirin that they don't recommend. Its supposed to help the "affect" of the ECA stack last longer along with essentially "canceling out" the guaifenesin. I know some who take a children's aspirin instead of a full one.

     

     

    And yes, ephedra was illegal at one time. Ephedrine never was. Ephedra is the herbal form and ephedrine is the synthetic form. Reason ephedra became illegal was because the FDA realized that it was to hard to accurately measure the correct amount of ephedra to put in a product the way that they were doing it. I don't know if anyone remembers the old school hydroxycut or even the diet fuel that had ephedra in. I knew many people who took one or the other, and some said it worked and some said they couldn't even tell. Its cause sometimes the formula was right, sometimes it wasn't.

     

    I'm not saying its safe or not, ask your doctor if you should take it!

    You know what's funny? I didn't even realize I was heavy. I didn't have a gut or anything. I quit drinking beer and bam, I lost like 60 pounds. Nuts. And yeah, that's how I'm doing it. Got a new Joe Rocket mesh/textile today thanks to Carie. Size medium tall. I'm a scrawny little guy now.

    not to get off topic, but I did noticed that you lost some weight when I saw you last week. Congrats! Now I just need to lose another 40 pounds and I may pick up your old jacket.....until then.........FREE BUMP!
