I did it get it replaced in 2010 under the recall. (It may be older then y'all think) however I called the dealer and the part isn't under warranty any longer, so it's on me

They just put out a recall for that. I'd look into it.

Mykill, it already failed once and was replaced under the recall. You think they would replace it again, because I would say no they won't

2006 Triumph Daytona 675, 10,000 aprx miles. 2 Brothers Carbon Fiber Pipe, Tune Boy Engine Mapping to match 2 Brothers pipe (will include tune boy software for extra 200$). Aprx 120 Horse Power. Wreck pegs added. Would make a good track bike.

This motorcycle was in one wreck. It was fixed back to about 98% new. It is missing a steering stop due to that wreck, which isnt a big deal. The tank wasnt scratched enough to replace so there are light scratches in the tank clear coat and most likely can be buffed out. Also, the engine light is currently on and is saying an air sensor needs replaced. Thirdly, it had the regulator rectifier fail and was replaced under the Triumph recall about a year or 2 ago, but I think it is failing again. I will work on getting these issues fixed when I have time or will Sell it as is. Also, the dashboard/digital MPH guage was replaced under warranty at 1500 miles and indicates 1500 less miles then actual.

I am going, Im gonna buy tickets though BUT the tickets on the Detroit side are sold out so you have to buy them on the Cannada side and stay in Windsor. I was thinking about going up Sat morning to watch all the qualifications and then Camp in a tent and watch the Race on Saturday.

the TOPIC was a douche silo cop who hits up crotch rockets all day on 71. and how he pulls you over based on HIS Skewed VIEW of the Ohio Revised Code , because he got burnt by some idiot squid not obeying the law. we all know as riders we need to be safe and follow the law, im not disputing that because we could talk about till we are in the face . I got a speeding ticket the week before he pulled me over (which got changed to a loud pipe ) and the cop didnt give a damn about my plate placement which means he could clearly see it from his cruiser and believed it was attached to the "rear of the bike" So the underlying topic is still consistincy among police

That Douche Silo even went as far as to tell me my licence plate wasnt lit properly IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, because he coulndt tell that my license plate bolts were actually LED's as well
