  4. Here are a few pic's of me racing my NSR-120RR, 35MotorSports did my fork work for me! Works GREAT!!! He can use any of them or any on my website at: www.teamquazzymoto.com Brian Conrad, Columbus Ohio. Race my NSR-120RR with OYL. OYL's Race Director. Also own a 2001 R6 that is my street/track day bike.
  5. I'd like to have one to see if I can make it work for my NSR race bike... cut it down, and all that stuff... Chris... bring it to the FD... let me have it.. I'll take it off your hands! BTW, I'll buy ya lunch at Chipotle for it!

  7. Next race is set for this Sunday.. May 3rd! Should be a FUN time!

  14. Welcome.. what FD do you work for?
  15. Yeah, my wife loves the big trucks, but hates them at the same time... I spent more time in the garage with that Zuk above then with my wife when I was building it... but that was back when I was young and dumb.. I know how to balance the time with my wife and my bike/truck projects now...
  16. When you get your 240S.. let me know! I'd love to check it out or go for a ride in it, never been in a 240S before... I'm sure they are SWEET!!!
  17. Have you rode in a Solstice?? The suspension sucks! Yeah, you'll have to put some money into suspension work, a few motor bits and then you'll be in the range of getting a USED 05 or newer Lotus. I just looked, there are 3 Lotus Elise's on autotrader for under $30K and all of them have under 17K miles! I feel ya on the mortgage, wife, and kids thing.. the first thing my wife said about it was.. "can you put a car seat in it". My son is now 4yrs old, so by the time I get one, he'll be old enough to sit in the front. BTW, I'm BIG into 4 wheeling... use to build Samurai's for rock crawling when I lived in NC (owned 4 of them).. This was my V6 powered, Toyota axled Monster on 35" Boggers... I now have a Jeep TJ that I'm going to lift in a month or two...
  18. I'm into Euro cars as well.. I really like the Lotus Exige's, and I almost went out to Salt Lake City to buy an Elise last year.. but my wife said that all the other vehicles we own need to be paid off first before I can get anything else now! I will own one... I've got a 5 yr plan... in 5 yrs or less, I will own one! The thing is, the Sports car industry has fallen flat on its face, you can get exotic cars for cheap now! Here is the Lotus Elise I wanted to buy..
  19. You have a LARGE RANGE of bikes to choose from, CRF150R's, CRF/XR100's, KTM65's, RM85's, NSR's, YSR's, Metrakits, Pitster Pro's, TTR125's, KLX110's, SSR's, Derbi, etc... any mini up to 105cc 2 strokes, and 150cc 4 strokes (liquid cooled) and 200cc 4 strokes (air cooled). For more info on the rules, click here: http://www.ohioysr.org/rules.htm Leathers or textile suits are good (2 or 1 piece works). Leather gloves, race boots and I'd get a back protector also! If you want a place to get some cheap leathers (I was told they are good suits also) I'd buy one of these.. http://himalayaleather.com/products.php?cat=35 Gloves are cheap at Iron Pony (around $20)
  20. Cost is simple... $25 for the first class $20 for the 2nd $15 for any after that... Most riders only race two classes and that will cost ya $45 and get you 4 sprint races! If you don't have a transponder, you can rent one for $10.. Season membership/race license is $35, temp (one day) license is $5 Cost ya $8 to get into the track And since you've never raced with OYL before, your first race (one class) is FREE! Cheap, easy and about as much fun as you can have on a weekend morning/afternoon!
  21. Cool.. snap a pic or two and send them to me via PM... I'll post them up and help ya try and get that sucker sold for ya
  22. Yeah, post up a price, pic and where your shop is and I'll post this on the OYL Forum!
  23. Circleville Raceway Park (CRP)... located just north of Circleville, about 15-20 min south of Columbus Ohio... Here is a map of where the track is located at. It is right next to the truck stop/gas station on Rt. 23. http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?address=19413+Us+Highway+23+North&city=Circleville&state=OH&zip+=43113&country=us&zoom+=5 Like Aaron said... there are a lot of "big" guys out there on these things. These are NOT pocketbikes... much bigger then them and the bikes act more like your big bike would. Here is a pic showing the size differance next to my R6..
  24. Next race at CRP with OYL is on May 3rd.. come on down.. watch the races.. you'll have a BLAST!
  25. Brian, he bought just the motor... The guy he bought the motor off of put it in his CRF frame to show him that it runs... I believe there is a built motor in that frame now Aaron, the bike sounded great out there on the track yesterday, I should of taken some video.. Here are a few pic's of Aaron on the track during practice!
