i assume lemon law is same for cars/bikes, so..if i remember correctly, the suite will be filed agains the store, as a rep. for the manufacturer, who is actually the one that will pay in the end. all the high ups at the store will be called to court and so on and so forth, it's just a huge ordeal. good luck

if a sv650 isn't to tall, then any bikeshould fit fine. otherwise, shorter dogbones man. if you're going ot buy a bike, buy one you want. there are ways around being short!
