  1. you two sound like a old married couple fighting
  2. Keep in mind you have to be running at a pace to where you can generate enough heat in the tire while out on the track to keep them at their capacity. Don't take offense to this, but at your current pace, I would save the money that you would spend on a generator and tire warmers. Take that money and spend on more track days, and stop using race tires. A dual compound, such as a 2CT is more than fine for you. Hell I know craig and others that have ran pilot powers for a season, and been just fine. Ultimately, it is your money, however I think you would benefit more from the suggest path vs. buying warmers and generator at your current position.
  3. You will have mine for sure, trying to get ahold of pat to see if he wants the 848 stuff done.
  4. Great track, hopefully the weather stays nice for you. Make sure you take time to check out the museum.
  5. No, paul wouldn't let me copy your paint scheme:D The new stuff still has the green, just replacing the rashed set.
  6. Nope, second if you are referring to race bodywork. $40 per weekend = $120 for 3 weekends or you can buy a seasonal license for $115; thus if you are going to do 3 or more events go with the seasonal license
  7. Agreed, if you buy just some random person's track bike, then yes you may get problems. But if you take your time, do your research, and buy from a well know builder or someone that you know takes care of your stuff you can get a great bike for much more than what it would cost to build from new. I bought my track bike used in 2008, I did plenty of research on different options and what I was looking for, and with a decent amount of guidance and consideration I found a great unit. There are plenty others on here that have done similar, just take your time and get the info and assess everything. If you are an impulse buyer, than it might not be for you.

  10. Sure it is not the free weekend license like in years past? That would be real nice if it was an entire event.
  11. and look how wide the guy in your second picture is running jinu
  12. Don't PM him, email him at info@motoseries.com
  13. For those of you looking for a transponder for next season, see the following thread: http://www.motoseries.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1129 Contact Todd sooner than later if you are interested in getting a NEW transponder. From what he has told me, he will likely do this AFTER the IMS show, if he gets enough interest.
  14. John, add the calender to your gmail account/phone so I don't have to constantly remind you about event dates due to your Alzheimer's/memory problem.
  15. I made a calender for the 2012 season. It includes all of the track days and race events. If you would like to add it to your goggle calender account you can add it by copying and pasting the following account listing: g8nhov8vsib26r1ocemv7ru00c@group.calendar.google.com If anyone has any trouble or questions let me know, you can PM or email me at nbobinger@gmail.com
  16. Race School is an additional $50, so if you took it at Nelson, the track day/race school would be $200 for the day. Then you have to finish one race weekend (First race is $80 (unless you do the mini 20 - $90)). Once you finish Todd will sign off and you are good to go. Race prices goes as follows: $80 - 1st race $60 - 2nd race $40 - 3rd race $20 each for 4th and on Seasonal license is $115; single event license will be $40, so if you are going to do 3 or more race weekends it is cheaper to get the seasonal license. Also the added bonus, once you have your race license and if you do further Nelson events, Saturdays are cut down for pricing for the track day as long as you sign up for races also for that weekend. So that will be additional savings.
  17. Does that mean you are going to sack up and come race? BTW you forgot about half the group lol, we should have a steady group this year from OR racing. Craig (blue03636) Jinu (jbot) Brandon (TRMN8TR) KTM-Brian Steve (SJC1000RR) John (madcat) Joe(grapesmuggler) myself Brian (ZX-10) Matt (Zx-6) Dan (R6) And I am sure we will get a few wildcards such as Natedogg and Dubguy at Grattan and Putnam.
  18. John sacked up and started running at the end of the season, why don't you quit making excuses and come out. Don't worry you won't finish in dead last, that is Joe's spot:D
  19. This coming from someone that won't even come to nelson, let alone try racing.
  20. Yours? If so guess I better mark it off.
