A 20 inch AR set up for varmints and a 16 inch AR set up for home defense would have different optics, barrel twist rates and trigger work so why not have both. That and maybe multiple family members in the household that can use a HD shotgun so you have enough of them to arm them as well. -
9mm, 5.56 and .45 I have around 1k per gun some guns I have like my .257 Roberts I think I have around 200 but its a pretty oddball caliber

My dad has a new Taurus with the 3.5 nonecoboost and he really seems to like it. He drives from sunbury to canal Winchester every day in it. The only thing I don't like about it is its a big car on the outside but inside it seems to lack backseat room. It's also not bad looking in white. -

10/22, it is so easily accessorized due to its popularity and reliability.

I have a Winchester 1300 20ga pump I can part with, its the first gun other than single shot 410s that I used to hunt with. It also has screw in chokes that will come with it.
