I am not is a super hurry, but cash is king!  I think I want to get back into a 93-95 body like my old Colt, and that is the only real reason I'm selling.  I would consider trades as such as well.   
89 Colt GT.  White-46k miles on title, 50k on dash  but title has note for discrepancy?  It didn't show up until it was transferred to an Ohio title so I don't know whats up with that.   
Stock 4g63t swap.  Make 460whp on w/ a BR580, full 3inch exhaust, 1000cc's, 2G Mas and an Evo 8 intercooler and random hoses. 255 on E85@30's boost.  With 20psi and a bad trans, it went 12.0@126   
As of today, car has a Real Garrett Core with Shear Fab end tanks. 10x4x24 is the core size, back door like all BR kits.  Fill 2.5 inch plumbing w/ t bolts for reliability.  Web 272's (grind is closer to a 280, only 10psi vacuum at idle) Tial 38mm, Summit Fuel cell, external 255lph, and DSMlink (car will be sold with an AFC and tuned).  Still has full 3inch.  Drivetrain is a GRM stage one trans, with LSD insert (BIG springs, pretty close to a welded diff).  ACT 2600/6 puck unsprung w/ ACT light flywheel.  Also has new Sirroco radiator and slim fans.  Runs at 170-175 deg on a hot day.  100% confident it could go 10's w/ slicks as is with the good shifting trans.   
Car is currently at low 20's boost and feels just as fast.  It will need more pump to make any more power on E85.   
Body is clean and straight-usual ware for a 21 year old car.  No body/frame rust at all.  All new front rotors/pads/wheel bearings.  New Clutch Master and slave.  Also has a Full 2 G leather interior,with working power seats!!!   
Car would come with 2 sets of wheels (NEW Volvo steelies with DR's, and 15inch split 6 Azuls)   
AS IT SITS.  $3500 Cash in hand. I am willing to consider partial part outs to make it cheaper-but to give you an idea Stock as Aids with ONE set of wheels I would sell it for $2500.
