  1. Even with a belt fed PKM, it was rare we got more than a few impacts. We never took a direct hit from an RPG, bit the glass sure soaked up the shrapnel from it. IED's were the normal culprit in cracking the hell out of our glass. Between tires and glass, it got annoying to swap both out on a weekly basis.
  2. It's more suprising than anything. Had the pope glass get impacted by a couple PKM rounds when I was in Iraq. That glass is stronger than any steel or composite armor out there. That glass has defeated many of the EFP's that could've killed many soldiers including a few in my company if it weren't for that glass. You'd be amazed at what that glass can take.
  3. It's all about who you know and who you blow I guess.
  4. Better yet, you would've thought someone could've got their lazy ass out of the car and taken the wrapping off the sign.
  5. If it was going to an APO you could use the post office. DHL is really the only large overseas carrier.

  7. Stop bending over for your boyfriend, maybe you'll shit solid.
  8. I wouldn't think the stock drive shafts in either of these 3/4 ton trucks could take that kind of MPH stock. I believe the new Superduty trucks come standard with 3.55 and the option of 3.73's to 4.10's. Not sure how the new 6 speeds are geared, but I assume they dropped it down lower than a 3.42 to reach those speeds. Even with the power and torque turbo diesel trucks put down, I'm surprised it didn't go on a diet. I'd love to see a diesel truck class at the Texas mile.
  9. Wait for it.....(Hurricane Hal may hit landfall)
  10. Brady @ Pickups Plus Cars 740-549-2828 Better?
  11. Hal will be back with a vengeance. I forsee a thread in this here Kitchen upon suspension of the ban.
  12. You forget Brady @ PPC is local and can accomplish this. Not to mention tune the final setup right.
  13. Forgot it has an Ergo pistol grip on it.
  14. Yes sir, that's what the rear sight was designed for. If you see any of the Special boys with some super shorty M4's, 90% of them are LMT MK18's and use the same rear sight. It's like an M16A2 fixed, only shorter. Example: http://operatorchan.org/k/arch/src/k272482_US%20M4%20SEAL%20Mk18%20CQBR%205.56x45mm%20carbine.jpg I like the EOTech, but the Aimpoints T1 is pretty awesome to use with that rear sight.
  15. All the Navy SEALS run the same rear sight on their LMT MK18's. (I keed, but really they do.)
  16. My old man may need this for his birthday. Let me know if it doesn't sell.
  17. That rifle will do work. The Wilson upper is a free float set up, so it'll do work at longer ranges. The upper alone is easily worth $700, so whoever buys is getting a steal. It is also a flat top, so the LMT sight can be removed for glass. Hell I'd buy it back if I were in Ohio, but I almost have too many AR's at the moment. Damn lowers are stacking up.
  18. So you can buy on instead of walk on. I can dig it.
  19. The ST is a pretty awesome buy IMO. I wonder if they'll contemplate an AWD model.
  20. Sorry to say but GM's truck line up is beyond boring. The difference is badges and trim for the most part. I'm not a fan boy of any specific brand, but the new Fords are great to drive. It's nice having a shifter on the console rather than on the column. Not to mention having a forced induction V6 in a 1/2 ton truck.
