it was more the missing the shift and revving out that did it.

once i can afford some IPS heads and cam...I wont have to worry

yea im not sure...all I know is that I am going to be shifting sooner and not missing gears...lol. Live and learn...and dont forget the motor is stock with 104,xxx miles on it...so it doesnt really surprise me.

i was told it was 6400rpm...so i was shiftin at 6200.

I was misinformed by scott as to the stock redline..and it no longer has a rev limiter. Now that I know where to shift this wont be happing again.

so I fucked up a rocker and bent a push rod worse than they have ever seen without doing major damage.. The guys got me in and out FIXED in acouple of hours... Note to self dont over rev when missing a shift.

Yes they did. And they did a great job too. I am getting wheels just dont know what yet....car to be detailed fully today.
