  1. I play battelfield all the time with friends..I i like it better than any of the COD games..Tried ops and it didnt work well.We do private matches on BF2 and that really fun..Im EagleDRZ on the PS3 if any of you would like to add me..I think BF3 will be reall cool if you get to fly the jets etc..

  2. So sorry for the loss of your friend...I can relate and it sucks..We had a shepard name rexxy and he had to be put down on a christmas eve few years back..Me and the kids took it hard..He was our best friend.Oh dont worry though they will all be waiting on you and it wil be a good time.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. (not that rainbow either)

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

  3. I just got done this winter finishing my 610...It took a quarter of the money to make it feel like a race bread machine with still good maintance and reliability.

I cut major weight(exhaust was the big cut and battery)other items and had head work done and installed a 570 cam in it.Bored the carb to 43.5mm.Went up on the counter shaft sprocket and it feels like i went down it improved that much.I have way less in this 610 than i did my drz and my drz still wouldnt beat this 610.

I will say the seat is iffy...350 miles on it i was sore but there are some aftermarket out there .im just going to suck it up and ride it .I have a pic of it in the pic section...

I think there all good it just depends on what you want ..it sure is fun looking though.

  4. That thing was new, what are you doing to it?

lol....yea i know it was but i cant leave it alone...

I had the head reworked and flow benched ,also had the valves 5 way cut.

Then i installed a heavy duty timing chain (weak link on theses) so i wouldnt have to worry.

The carb i had bored to 43.5mm and polished the bell end.Cutting major weight off 9lbs from just the battery alone.

Doing the frame in black along with other items, pilot power tires..etc etc..Ill post a pic when complete..been busy on it as parts came back..It hard to remember everything im doing..lol

  5. Ok i gotta ask does these things really work...My wife quit smoking after 20yrs of it..She just quit.I tried with her at the same time but Failed unlike her who is still going strong.I would be so interested in this but im skeptic....

  6. What kind of cranking amps do these things put out? I just don't see these starting my VFR..i can see using them on a supermoto, dual sport or something like that but for any sport bike or cruiser i see it kind of hard that they would actually start them, especially more than once. My dual sport used the kind of batteries that battery back ups, and emergency lights use, and it was good for about 10 mins. if the bike wasn't running, and thats just with a 35w head light and a led tail.

Youtube it.....they use them on even the biggest cc cruisers..All i can say is do a search i was impressed...

  7. I purchased a battery from here -- http://www.motydesign.com/

I had been using a AutoZone "Sealed" battery that lasted a whole 19 months and I was tired of crappy batteries. And this "sealed" battery decided to occasionally drip acid from the top of its case, etching bike parts. I was thinking screw it, I'm gonna jump for the new style high tech battery.

The thing is light! Weight about 1.6 lbs vs 7.5 for the old lead acid. Then the lead acid battery is supposed to go for 200 cycle discharges normally and the A123 style is rated for 1000 cycles. So I am expecting to not have to screw with another battery for at least 4 - 5 years.

Another plus is that the battery holds 95% charge for 2 years, so no trickle charging over the winter. Just unhook the thing and bring it in the house. Then also there is no acid to eff up parts. Here's a couple pics.

Ahh you beat me to it...lol....And 9lbs is a good amount to trim off a sm no matter where its located on the bike.Maybe on a cruiser not so much.

  8. i only have links to how to make it...Supplies can be had at any harware store..or radio shack..Batterys are alittle tricky to get ..There on ebay but locally i found them at a hobbie store..MAKE SURE you get A123 2300mah batterys..

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HecT7T00AlA example

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTDctiyUa9E how to build

heres what the batterys look like

    http://cgi.ebay.com/4-A123-systems-battery-lifepo4-cell-26650-2300mah-power-/190459815991?pt=US_Batteries&hash=item2c584a2837

And your electrical system on your bike will keep them charged..no need to RC charger...If low you can charge them at a low 12v on a battery charger or hook them to your car battery for 15mins.

  9. After doing some research i made me one of these A123 batterys..It weighs about 1 pound compaired to my stocker at 10lbs..it was easy to do and good for 2000 starts....They sell them, but for the price i did it myself..I have about $40 bucks total..i made the 8cell version.Anyhow just wanted to share..

  10. If this is Rod he never lets anything be! LOL! If it is he use to have a bad ass gsxr 1000 in black and blue along time ago. I say off set the black white. Maybe do red on the frame and swingarm to accent the sticker on the fork? And do the rims in white.

It would be me....lol...i did build me a few of them...Thanks everyone for some imput..its gonna be a winter thing so ill start tearing it down soon..

  11. So im really happy with the new husky....So this winter im gonna get some head work done, upgrade to a heavy duty timing chain, and a few odds and end.

Im thinking of tearing it down to the frame and getting some powder coating done...

So i ask your opinion..what you think..

    1) frame white ,wheels white

    2)frame Black ,wheels black

    3) frame white,wheels black

    4)leave it be...

    Thanks for your imput.
