Are you touching that dude's nipple?

If that is a traditional swingarm stand that lifts from the back (not the ones that lift from the rider's position from under the bike), you need to turn the hooks around. The bigger lip needs to be forward when lifting the stand. Again, if it is the kind that lifts from under the bike (Post is going towards the front of the bike), it is fine. Essentially, the smaller lip faces towards the lift handle...

I miss it, sure. It was a well sorted 750. But, the 1000 is great for me. Not everyone's cup of tea and it certainly is a tough bike to ride fast. Went faster on my 750 actually...

Well, he on that R6 and me on the pig SD 990, it was pretty tough to keep him behind me. When he'd put his head down, I couldn't hang w/o tucking the front, etc. He's the reason I have a grind mark on the left side case cover!!

The pic was shot by a photgrapher that takes pics at the track. Typical at the races... Reuben (35 Motorsports) owned and built the bike originally. I bought it after this incident... I don't build my own race bikes anymore... Buying them pre-set up is easier...

Yes, my friend lives in excess at times. However, it is amazing and drives like a car. Drove it (83 feet bumper to bumper) through Atlanta rush hour and was very easy.
