It's not that far from Columbus either, only like 4.5 hours away or so....from the looks of ol' google, there are some others I wouldn't mind scouting out like VA-91, VA-16, VA-80 and the list goes on...

...but to be honest I want to go ride US-52 in Va off of I-77 (mostly because of this part) because it was a hidden gold mind that I found on my ride back from Myrtle Beach last summer.

It's not exactly the gap that I'd go back for, but the roads around it are pretty awesome. Like NC-28 was my FAVORITE and it branched off US-129...

After riding in the mountains in VA and the Deal's Gap area...I guarantee you'll take a second thought about those NKY roads. I've watch video of one of those NKY rides and it reminded me of Coshocton at best, but with narrow roads lol. I have to go to a wedding the 23rd of next month, so as long as it's not that weekend I should be at your Coshocton debut.

I know, I was just being a smartass back. lol Not to burst your bubble, but riding up here is not much fun unless you go out to Coshocton. Crane always tried to get me to come ride NKY last summer, but I always felt if I go that far I might as well hit the mountains in WV, VA, or TN. We'll see tho...I suppose it's worth one trip to see this NKY for myself.
