Good posts Jarvis...I agree with you. People tend to look at themselves as being the only one affected when not wearing a helmet, but thats not the case at all. Now, if only helmets came with brains already in them....
Where are you riding from? The starting point is only about an 1.5 hrs (or much less if you don't mind running a quick pace) from Coshocton. The roads are pretty fun to get there too.
I disagree... Not having a helmet law affects all motorcycle riders through more expensive insurance rates. I won't ride with anybody that doesn't wear a helmet. If somebody is dumb enough not to wear a helmet they are too dumb to ride with/near me.
I'll probably still ride on Sunday since I can't ride on Saturday. There are plenty of parks in the Hocking area most have shelters if the weather gets too bad we can stop at one of those.
+1 I'm going to get her some saddle bags so I can bring drinks and food on our rides. Maybe get her one of those trailers so we can bring a grill, too..
Just take 62 north to 541...take 541 all the way to McDonalds...much better ride than 161 b.s. Same route we took a few weeks ago when we went up that way..
