spray bathroom/closet ceiling - 45 min max

primer dining ceiling - 30 min max

cut/install transitions - 1.5 hours max

spray texture next day - 1 hour

or am i being too optimistic?

Dude that house has an unfinished basement and 2 car garage but it's valued at $200k-ish! How does that work? Anyway, the bank foreclosed on it May 26, 2009 for $124k. They should be willing to take like $135k for it and if its valued at more than mine, whoever gets it should easily make $50k after renovations and repairs!

got the underlayment done, kinda looks like a puzzle but it works ill have to ask you to look at it before we put a floor down though to make sure its not too bad. i think i did a good job of minimizing the spaces between them...
